What we collect

Two things, and only when you give them to us:

• Your email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter. We store this via Beehiiv, our newsletter platform.
• Anonymous traffic analytics — via Vercel Analytics. We do not set cookies for tracking and we do not collect personally identifying information beyond what's needed to count visits.

What we do with it

• The email address is used to send you the newsletter. That's it. We do not sell, share, or rent the list to anyone.
• Traffic analytics help us understand which posts resonate. They do not let us identify you personally.

Third parties

• Beehiiv — our newsletter platform. They process your email under their published privacy policy.
• Vercel — our host. Their server logs may briefly record IP addresses and user agents in the normal course of serving requests.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party sharing pixels.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email with one click. EU/UK users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data under GDPR — email editor@animalcollar.ai with the request. We respond within 30 days.

Children's data

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be flagged in a newsletter issue before they take effect.
